Delivering compassionate, accessible mental health education.

Education
The Bright Minds Project is a mental health awareness initiative dedicated to reducing stigma, expanding access to education, and promoting emotional well-being through innovative, community-driven programming.
Founded in response to the growing mental health crisis and the ongoing need for accessible, relatable education, The Bright Minds Project focuses on prevention, and empowerment.
We proudly partner with schools, workplaces, individuals, and community organizations to provide resources that provide accurate information about mental health topics such as, stress, anxiety, depression, mindfulness, bullying, and more.
Our Services

Sunshine Workshops
Our Sunshine Workshops are designed for all ages—children, teens, parents, and adults—to foster understanding, resilience, and emotional well-being. Each workshop offers practical tools and interactive activities that help participants recognize the importance of mental health, manage stress, build positive coping skills, and support others. With flexible options available as multi-day or multi-week programs, these workshops create spaces to learn, connect, and grow—empowering individuals and communities to prioritize mental wellness in everyday life.

Assemblies
Our Mental Health Awareness School Assemblies engage students of all ages with inspiring, age-appropriate presentations that promote emotional wellness, kindness, and resilience. Through stories, interactive discussions, and relatable examples, students learn the importance of self-care, empathy, and making healthy choices. Each assembly encourages open conversations around mental health while reducing stigma and empowering youth to seek help when needed. Available in single or multi-day formats, these assemblies create a positive, supportive environment that helps students build confidence and community. Each assembly can be customized to meet your schools specific needs, grade level, and goals.
